Here comes the pet mail.
For supported destinations within the United States, standard shipping generally takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Available shipping options and applicable charges are shown during checkout.
Depending on inventory availability, product location, fulfillment arrangements, and delivery destination, your order may be dispatched from our facilities or from a designated fulfillment partner.
Because of this, the physical shipping origin may differ from our registered company address. 🌎📍
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carrier or other circumstances outside normal fulfillment control.

Changed your mind? Start with our support team.
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.
Please contact customer support before mailing merchandise back.
Once an approved return has reached the designated return location and has been inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing generally takes approximately 5–10 business days following the applicable return review.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account. 💰

If you need to request an order cancellation, please contact us promptly before fulfillment begins.
